after class i am veri free
but no ppl ajak me out TT
so just sta at home watch TV =D
suddenly receive one message from ying
she asking me whether wan to make cup cake or not
and say now wan go buy ingredients
LOL
my mum do let us used her kitchen ..
but is at night =D
she asking me whether want to go together to buy ingredients or not
but coz it started to rain adi ..
my mum dun let me out ><
so sorry ..
but ying bring umbrella go buy .. SOLO somemore ..
i was so damn shock @@
when i saw her standing outside my house

one hand holding the bags of ingredients

after having dinner ..
we start making our cup cakes ..
i can say tat
i din reali make wad hack cakes be4 =D
but my mum does =D
so i just eat onli XD
i was forced to help her =X
haha!
so today i gona teach u all how to make cup cakes ♥
so first =D
we will need to prepare our ingredients ♥
250g of butter (any brand)
caster sugar(125g)
eggs(2 biji =D)
flour (150 g )
baking powder(1/2 spoon)
coco powder (20g)
second =D
measure 125 g of caster sugar
and 250 g of butter
then .. pour the butter and sugar into one bowl
beat the butter and sugar till its colour become white =D
*** to let the beating of mixture to be easier ..
get the butter out of the fridge half hour before you start making ur cupcake
add two eggs to the misture after the mixture of sugar and butter become white
and continue beating it
in process of beating the misture =D
must beat in one direction onli =D
either clockwise or anticlockwise =)
time to measure flour and coco powder =D
sieve the flour and powder first before putting it into the bowl
so that the flour become finer =D
and the cup cake will nicer
after sieving process
add 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder into it and
prepare to beat the mixture =D
beating process =D
beat the mixture till all the coco powder dissolve in each part of the mixture
and MUST in one direction oso =)
after tat =D
you can pour it into paper cup
pour till half of the cup onli
dun pour too much =)
then put it into the oven =D
set the temperature at 160c' for 20 minutes
here we are
our cupcake =D
not yet finish tough
we do make some cream to decorate our cupcake =)
so that it looks nicer =D
there is two type of cream
one made of egg white ONLI
another one is butter cream .. of course made of butter and egg white
if to decorate cupcakes
it is advice to use butter cream =)
but becoz we are short of time
so we just make cream using egg white =D
and if you wan ur cream to be pink colour
you can put come colourings .. buy from cake shop =)
use two eggs and get the egg white out of it and pour it into one bowl
beat the egg white till it become creamy
if making butter cream .. you will have to add butter before beating it ..
add colourings into it if you wan to have colour =D
time to decorate or cup cakes
put the cream inside one triangular shape plastic bag
(you can get it from cake shop .. specially made for cream)
tide it at the end with rubber band
and then squeeze the shape you want on the cup cake =)

ying brought some of the cupcakes back home to eat
and left some for me =D
not bad the taste
just a bit too dry the cake =X

i went to ying's house after the anugerah cemerlang =)
she ask me go her house to cook lamb chop ..
LOL ..

my dad fetch us go tesco buy ingredients before my dad drop me at her house
she even do a list of wad she wanted to buy
LOL
it is somethg that i will never ever do =D
around 3PM like that we start our cookings adi
coz we scare not enuf time to cook =)
she planning to cook lamb chop,mash potato, friend fries, spaghetti ..
and mushroom sup with garlic bread
fuyoh... so many thgs to cook today ><
these are our ingredients
butter =D

this year at ying's house
we close all the lights sharp 8.30 pm =D

we went for a walk near ying's house =)
since there is nothing do inside the house
while walking
